LymeNet Community Learning Centre was established in 1999 by Dorset Community Action in association with Lyme Regis Development Trust, Dorset T.E.C, West Dorset District Council, Dorset Careers, Dorset Educational Business Partnership, the Employment Service and the Woodroffe School.

LymeNet Ltd is a not for profit organisation and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lyme Regis Development Trust, which is a registered charity.
