Lucy Campbell

Centre Manager

Lucy is part-time Centre Manager for LymeNet, working alongside Irene. She has a background in Administration and Events Co-ordination and originally joined the team in January 2008 as publicity co-ordinator. Having started out in Graphic Design, Lucy has experience in design and marketing and is currently completing her ECDL qualification to further her IT knowledge.

Lucy is also a trained silversmith and jeweller, having gained her honours degree in ‘Silversmithing & Metalwork’ at Camberwell College of Arts, London. Alongside working at LymeNet, she runs her own business, making and selling jewellery at exhibitions and events. Since 2005, Lucy has been a town councillor for Lyme Regis and has an in-depth understanding of local government and the issues that concern local people.

Irene Benson

Learning Adviser

Irene is an IT, Maths and English tutor and a learning adviser offering Information, Advice and Guidance.

Irene joined LymeNet in 1999 and her previous experience includes working in administration and sales, as well as running her own business. She has an NVQ3 in guidance, an NVQ A1 Assessor's Award and a Further Education teaching certificate. She also has an initial certificate in teaching Skills for Life (both Maths and English)and Level 4 subject specialism in Literacy.

She works extensively with young people and has completed the understanding Connexions diploma. She also teaches IT and has the European Computer Driving Licence and ECDL Expert.

Caroline Francis

Learning Adviser and Tutor

Caroline provides Information, Advice and Guidance on learning and work opportunities. She also teaches ICT particularly absolute beginners and ECDL. She has the City and Guilds 7307 Teaching Certificate, ECDL and a level 3 certificate in Information Advice and Guidance.

Carole Packman

Customer Service Adviser

Carole a Customer Service Adviser who also deals with course enrolments. She has an NVQ Level 2 in Information, Advice & Guidance, and has completed the first part of the European Computer Driving Licence. She has also recently completed the Edexcel Level 2 Maths and English.

Laurence Madill

ICT Adviser

Laurence is the ICT Adviser, with our technical division, Double Design, offering information, advice and training on a wide range of computing subjects. He also develops and maintains websites for clients. He has passed the European Computer Driving Licence and ECDL Expert. He has an NVQ A1 Assessor's award and an NVQ 3 in Management. He joined LymeNet in January 2001.

Luke Lawson

ICT Support

Luke is the web site content manager, with Double Design and deals with computer technical support. He has completed ECDL and a PHP training course. He is currently studying for the ECDL Advanced qualification. He has been working with the team since October 2007.
