Irene Benson
Centre Manager
Irene is the Centre Manager and is also an IT, Maths and English tutor and a learning adviser offering Information, Advice and Guidance. She joined LymeNET in 1999 and her previous experience includes working in admin and sales, as well as running her own business.
She has a NVQ3 in guidance and a Further Education teaching certificate and an initial certificate in teaching Basic Skills (both Maths and English). She also has a Level 4 subject specialism in Literacy.
She works extensively with young people and has completed the understanding Connexions diploma. She also teaches IT and has the European Computer Driving Licence and the Advanced modules in Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Presentations. She also has the NVQ A1 Assessor's Award. Contact Me
Laurence Madill
ICT Adviser
Laurence is the ICT Adviser offering information and advice, and training on a wide range of computing subjects. He also develops and maintains websites for clients. He has passed the European Computer Driving Licence and ECDL Advanced in Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint. He has an NVQ A1 Assessor's Award and an NVQ 3 in Management. Caroline Francis
Learning Adviser & Adult Education Tutor
Caroline provides Information, Advice and Guidance on learning and careers. She also teaches ICT particularly absolute beginners and ECDL. She holds a City & Guilds 7307 Teaching Certificate and a level 3 certificate in IAG. Contact Me
